Elect Tech Wirebonder/circuit board/Solder_Cordes

Background:
Client's CSS Electronics team has a need for an electronics technician wirebonder.
Candidates should have wirebonding experience, preferably on a K&S wirebonder, but candidates with experience on chip bonders, thermal compression bonders, printed circuit rework tools, or other packaging type tools will be considered.
Electronic fabrication and assembly skills are also highly desirable.
Candidates who can read schematics, have the ability to trouble shoot various electronics components and solder fine parts under a microscope are highly desirable.
Job Duties:
Job Duty 1 Wirebonding using K&S or Westbond manual bonder or automated bonder.
Job Duty 2 Use of chip bonder, thermal compression bonder, printed circuit board rework tool.
Job Duty 3 Assembly of electronics chassis including wiring, soldering, hole punching.
Job Duty 4 Soldering of fine electronics components including surface mount part using a microscope.
Fabrication of cables including crimping of connectors.

Manual wirebonding.
