NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley's pediatricians provide the full range of pediatric services for newborns, infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents.
From birth through adolescence, we address the broad range of needs faced by our young patients and prepare them to advocate for their own health as they reach adulthood.
Our services include:
Routine physical examinationsRoutine childhood vaccinationsFlu vaccinationVision and hearing assessmentTreatment of ear infections, strep throat, rashes, eye infections, minor injuries, digestive conditions, and other common pediatric disordersReferral to pediatric specialists for other disorders, as neededAssessment of growth and developmentEvaluation of mental health/depression screening in adolescentsThe Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care as delegated by and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Contributes to the plan of patient care and assists in providing a therapeutic environment.
Functions within the policies and procedures of NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group (NYPMG), divisions, and the Clinical Nursing departments/practices.
This is a full time 40 hour work week.
Must be available 9:
00am-5:
00pm-1 late night varies - 11:
00am-7:
00pm/10:
00am-6:
00pm.
Monday-Friday, 1 Saturday per month 9:
00am-12:
00pm.
Practice is located at 35 South Riverside, Croton-on-Hudson, NY.
Must be willing to provide coverage across various Hudson Valley Medical Group locations as needed.
Required Criteria:
Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Current Licensure and registration as a LPN in New York State.
Knowledge in Principles of infection control, performance improvements and delegation.
Preferred Criteria:
Experience working in a childcare/pediatric healthcare environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
