Monday - Thursday 8am-10pm; Friday - Saturday, 8am-midnight)

Responsibilities:
Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Decorating and displaying the finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food and safety quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Maintain excellent customer service at all times Requirements:
Notable communication skills An eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic A team player Professional appearance and attitude Computer literacy and mobile phone to access scheduling and communication apps Proactive organizational skills Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work around customer demands, including availability to work at least a Friday or Saturday each week Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods Reliable transportation Authorized to work in US Obtain Food Handlers Permit prior to start date (we will pay for and provide communication on how to obtain) Crumbl Cookies is an expanding company that is disrupting the way people experience and enjoy cookies!
